Welcome to my web home!

I am a postdoctoral scholar research associate at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). Before coming to Caltech, I received my Ph.D in astrophysics from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and BS in astronomy from the University of Arizona. I was a NASA Earth and Space Sciences Fellow (2017 - 2020), and member of the RIT Center for Detectors.

My research interests are experimental cosmology and near-infrared instrumentation. More specifically, I study the process of how galaxies formed and evolved overtime through their ensemble emission across cosmic age (the extragalactic background light, EBL) at optical and near-infrared wavelengths (less than 5 micron). I am a member of the SPHEREx and CIBER missions, which combined wide-field telescopes with advanced near-infrared H2RG detectors optimized to probe the faint diffuse EBL.

You can find an overview of my education, research projects, outreach and service activities, as well as related news on this webpage. If you have questions regarding my work, please contact me using the information below.
